Aerobic Development & Skill Based Conditioning
40+ minutes of one or any combination of:
One or more monostructural movements (run, row, bike, ski, etc.)
One or more soccer skills (dribbling, finishing, passing, etc.). This is a good time to work on specific match scenarios that need improvement.
