What You Receive:

We focus on four main parts in getting you ready for each workout.
Breathing exercises: Prepare the cardiovascular system for physical activity
Muscle Activation: Consciously activating muscles, both individually and collectively, to ensure full engagement.
Range of Motion: Taking muscles and joints through their full range of motion to prime the body’s skeletal muscles, joints, tendons, and ligaments.
Functional Movement Patterns: Practicing the seven functional movement patterns to prepare the body for any movements that may come.
Movement Practice: Finish by rehearsing the specific movements involved in the upcoming workout or competition.

Staying true to the CrossFit methodology of constantly, varied functional movements, performed at a high intensity. When programming each day we look at keeping the training stimulus broad and constantly varied while balancing the following: 10 physical skills, 3 energy systems, 3 modalities and 7 functional movement patterns while encouraging athletes to try new sports with the goal of being able to perform all tasks well.
In addition to our workout of the day we incorporate accessory movements with the purpose of isolating particular muscles with the goal of filling in any gaps an athlete might have due to previous habits or overcompensation.

Also known as SPP (Specific Physical Preparedness). Everyone has different goals in mind. So at the end of each class athletes have the opportunity to practice/train movements or physical skill areas they are trying to improve. We help each athlete select a specific goal for each quarter of the year.

Aerobic conditioning is scheduled for Thursdays. These sessions focus on working within low to moderate heart rate zones to further develop the oxidative system.
To progress without overtraining, athletes can complete 1-3 aerobic sessions per week (including Thursday’s session).

Cool downs begin with some form of active recovery to gradually bring your heart rate down. We next look to break up tension in the muscles through static stretching and/or self myofacial release. We recognize each athlete has different needs in terms of muscular tension. With this being the case we help each athlete select a specific stretch to stick with for at least a few weeks to help them make progress, feel better and reduce any injury risk.

We supply all members with a simple to follow nutritional guide based on nutrition principles not specific diets. We also help athletes create the best eating habits for them and their lifestyle, goals, body type and physical activity. Coaches are always available for in-depth nutritional discussions.

Aside from our daily cool downs we offer PT services provided by Response PT. These include: Dry needling, stretching, cupping, stim and message.

We are here to help in any way we possibly can whether that is answering a question about training, sleep position, post workout nutrition or if you need praying for. It is our pleasure to guide you along your fitness journey.

Step 2: Sign Up for a Free Class
Experience what CrossFit Full Armor is all about with a free trial class. We’ll ensure you’re prepared with all the information you need before class. Your coach will know you’re coming, greet you upon arrival, and guide you every step of the way during your session.
Step 3: Ask Questions
After your trial class, feel free to ask us any questions. We’re here to help and ensure you have everything you need to make an informed decision. Take your time to determine if CrossFit Full Armor is the right fit for you.
Step 4: Join the Family
If you’re ready to join, we’ll set you up on our training platform, Push Press, where you can track workout results and manage your profile. You’ll also receive a welcome email with important details and a physical welcome packet to help you get started.
Step 5: Attend Foundations Classes
To set you up for success, we recommend all new members attend our 5 Foundations Classes. These classes are held every Thursday at 6:00 am, 12:00 pm, and 5:30 pm and are completely free. Each session focuses on key CrossFit movements and principles. Whether you’re new or experienced, these classes are a great way to refine your technique and build confidence.
