    • Rowing, walking lunge, forward lunge, reverse lunge, step up, box jump, Press, push press, push jerk, split jerk, thruster

  • Foundations 3

    • Biking (C2, Echo), deadlift, sumo deadlift high pull, med ball clean, clean, snatch

  • Foundations 4

    • Ski erg, push up, burpee, pull up (strict/kipping), dip (strict/kipping), muscle up (strict/kipping), handstand hold, handstand walk, handstand push up, rope climb, peg board

  • Foundations 5

    • Running, med ball lateral throw, AbMat sit up, GHD hip extension, GHD back extension, GHD hip & back extension, GHD sit up, Kettlebell swing, swimming/paddling tips
