Our monthly Nutrition Challenge is designed to help you eat better, feel better, and perform better—together as a community.

Whether you're a CrossFit Full Armor member or just someone ready to dial in your nutrition, you're welcome to join any month. Take months off when you need to—just jump back in when you're ready.

Our nutrition challenge is all about food quality. While we’ll share tips on timing and quantity, the core focus is simply fueling your body with the best foods consistently. You’ll be amazed at how many health markers can improve just by removing harmful additives and processed junk. Even a few days of clean eating can lead to better energy, sharper focus at work, improved performance in the gym, and more stamina to enjoy time with your kids. The best part? You won’t feel restricted—there’s a wide variety of delicious, nutrient-dense foods to choose from.

How It Works

💪 Group-Based Challenge
Encouragement and accountability are key. Each month, you'll be added to a private WhatsApp group to share wins, recipes, tips, and support.

🏆 Daily Point System
Score up to 4 points per day:

  • ✅ 1 point: Eat at least one serving of all 5 fruit/vegetable colors
    (Green, Red, Yellow/Orange, White/Tan, Blue/Purple)

  • ✅ 1 point: Drink at least 67% of your body weight in ounces of water

  • ✅ 1 point: Eat at least half your body weight in grams of protein

  • ✅ 1 point: Eat one serving of nuts or seeds

🚫 Lose 1 point for each item you eat that is not on the approved list. This helps eliminate harmful additives that contribute to inflammation, gut issues, fatigue, and more.

Approved Foods List

A full list of approved foods focused on real, high-quality nutrition—free of common additives and preservatives will be provided to everyone signed up before the start date. Our goal is clean, whole food eating, not strict dieting.
