Full Armor Fitness League
Consistency. Competition. Community
One year to prove your fitness
What Is The Full Armor Fitness League?
The Full Armor Fitness League is a year-long challenge designed to push, motivate, and unite our entire CrossFit Full Armor community. Every workout you show up for, every test you complete, every skill you build—earns you points. Over the course of the year, your consistency, effort, and performance add up, keeping you accountable while giving you a chance to see real progress.
This isn’t just about finding the strongest athlete—it’s about creating a culture where everyone competes, everyone improves, and everyone belongs. Whether you’re chasing your first pull-up, improving endurance, or fighting for the top spot, you’ll be ranked alongside your fellow athletes throughout the year.
At the end of the season, we’ll crown the Fitness League Champion—but along the way, every member will discover new levels of fitness, camaraderie, and personal victory.
The Mission:
To inspire consistency
To reward hard work
To track progress over a full year
To celebrate fitness at every level
The Full Armor Fitness League isn’t just a competition—it’s a commitment. A commitment to work hard for the Lord and in turn improve your fitness and be a strong part of your community.
How It Works:
-
The Full Armor Fitness League runs on a 5-day training rhythm: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday. Each week is built with intentional variety to challenge every aspect of fitness
-
All scores will be logged in Push Press. Each workout will have specific score to track and submit
-
Each week the leaderboard will be updated to show current rankings. Ranking will be divided by men and women. There will also be rankings and a winner per season (fall, winter, spring, summer).
-
Our point system rewards consistency, effort, and performance across all workouts.
Scoring: First place earns 100 points. Each placement decreases by 5 points until the scores reach single digits, then by 1 point until a minimum of 1 point.
RX vs. Scaled: RX performances always rank above scaled. Scaled scores are ranked not only by placement but also by the degree of scaling used.
Completion Points: Every athlete who completes a workout—regardless of score—earns at least 1 point for showing up and putting in the work.
Why This Matters:
Building A Clear Picture of True Fitness:
-
One of the hardest things to do is being consistent and this is also one of the most important pieces of achieving lifelong fitness.
-
Volume spread across a year is far better for the body than high volume in short durations.
-
This gives athletes to strategize and really attack a workout with everything they’ve got.
-
With the amount of test we can cover this truly gives us a clear shot of fitness

Getting Started
What to Expect
Each week you’ll receive league workouts designed to test a broad range of fitness skills—strength, endurance, power, agility, and more. Workouts can be completed at CrossFit Full Armor or remotely, and points are awarded based on performance and consistency. Expect both a competitive push and a supportive community cheering you on.
Equipment
Most workouts require only standard CrossFit equipment (barbell, plates, pull-up bar, jump rope, dumbbells, etc.). Whenever possible, workouts will include options for limited or at-home equipment to ensure accessibility for everyone.
Scaling
Every workout can be modified to your ability level. RX athletes will rank above scaled, but scaling ensures that all participants, regardless of fitness level, can safely complete the workouts and stay in the competition.
Submissions
Scores must be submitted each week by the posted deadline. Videos may be requested for top performers or in the event of a scoring dispute to ensure fairness.
