Embracing community whenever you are in the world.
Our Virtual Group Program allows our FIT FC team to connect and help more people than ever before! Join our group coaching program to become a part of a like-minded community, gain accountability and knowledge, and find new ways to train for your goals.
The Program
Train with me as we tackle fitness on a daily basis. Our training consists of GPP (general physical preparedness), accessory work and SPP (specific physical preparedness) guidance. As a whole we are looking to be as fit and well rounded as possible with an emphasis on any current goal you have in mind. This group is for you if your looking for high quality training, camaraderie, accountability, nutritional guidance, recovery tips or simply to just have fun in your fitness journey.
What to Expect:
Training will be provided to everyone in the group daily. I will be participating along side you so we will all have a sense of how each workout felt and be able to share our experiences. Feel free to ask questions and connect with others on our members only group chat.
Each week we will have a meeting where the group will discuss how each workout went. Learn training principles, the best ways to warm up, cool down, nutrition principles, how to approach workouts/certain goals, mindset practices, discovering why you train, sustainable motivators and much more.
Each quarter of the year we will participate in a competition. This always serves as a good fitness check and to keep motivation high. If you are unable to participate in the competition of choise in person we will have sometthing for you to test on your own or with friends.
