For max load 

Every 2 minutes for 10 rounds 

  • 1 snatch pull

  • 1 snatch high pull 

  • 1 power snatch

Accessory Work

  • 2x25 single leg glute bridge

Cool Down

  • 1-3 minute seated straddle

    Complete additional stretches, SMR and/or active recovery as needed
