4 DB push presses: Side1
4 DB push presses Side 2
Add 1 deadlift each round. Push press rep number stays the same each ounce.
Rx: Deadlift 255/180Ibs (U16/Over 50: 180/125Ibs), DB push press 50/35. (U16/Over 50: 35/25Ibs)
