14 minutes for max deadlifts

  • 1 deadlift

  • 4 DB push presses: Side1

  • 4 DB push presses Side 2

Add 1 deadlift each round. Push press rep number stays the same each ounce.

Rx: Deadlift 255/180Ibs (U16/Over 50: 180/125Ibs), DB push press 50/35. (U16/Over 50: 35/25Ibs)

  • 1-3 minute: Seated traddle
