Scaling options
Modify movements: Running: Step ups, lunges or bike. Pull ups: Complete jumping, banded pull ups or ring rows. Push ups: Kneeling or elevated push ups. Squats: Reduce range as needed.
Reduce reps/distance: Reduce run to 800m, reduce pull ups to 50, push ups to 100, air squats to 150
