For time

  • 1 mile run

  • 100 pull ups

  • 200 push ups

  • 300 air squats

  • 1 mile run

*Rx: 20/14lb weighted vest

Scaling options

  1. Modify movements: Running: Step ups, lunges or bike. Pull ups: Complete jumping, banded pull ups or ring rows. Push ups: Kneeling or elevated push ups. Squats: Reduce range as needed.

  2. Reduce reps/distance: Reduce run to 800m, reduce pull ups to 50, push ups to 100, air squats to 150
