  • Buy in: 60yd bear crawl (10×3yds forward and backward) immediately into

3 rounds of

  • 20 single arm sumo deadlift: Side 1

  • 20 single arm sumo deadlifts: Side 2

  • 400m DB run

    Rx: 50/35lb DB, Under 16/over 50 35/25Ib DB

  • 2×15 seated single leg banded leg lifts

Cool down

  • 1-3 minute: Standing hamstring stretch
