GPP

5 rounds for max load

  • 2 front squats

  • 4 back squats

Rest as needed between sets

Scaling

Use the best weight possible while maintaining good positions in the front and back squat. Use dumbbells for front squat if rack position is to difficult

Middle School

  • 10 minutes back squat practice

Accessory

  • 50 banded straight arm lat pull downs

SPP

  • Testing week

Cool down

  • 3 minutes saddle pose
