Custom Programming

1:1 training is for anyone wanting to fill the gaps in their fitness or sports performance. Some want to play pro sports, some want to be able to play with their kids. Whatever it is we will work with you toward that goal.

Guided Instruction

Personal training sessions are comprised of a general warm up to increased core body temperature and take joints/muscles through a full range of motion. A specific warmup to prepare for the workout, GPP (general physical preparedness) training, accessory work, SPP (specific physical preparedness) training geared towards each individuals goals and a cool down that includes active recovery, static stretching and/or self myofacial release 

Variety

Our sessions have a specific purposeful for each individual and are comprised of a ton of variety. This variety entails movements selected, intensity, duration and volume.
