  • 1 minute pull-ups (any variation)

  • 1 minute rest

Accessory Work

  • 1×50 arch pauses

Cool down

  • 1-3 minutes: Kneeling rear delt stretch

    Complete additional stretches, SMR and/or active recovery as needed
