Teams of 3

  • Partner 1: 10 ring muscle ups

  • Partner 2: Plank hold

  • Partner 3: Max cal row

Change stations each time 10 muscle ups are completed

  • 2×10 single leg RDL’s

Cool down

  • 1-3 minute: Side childs pose

    Complete additional stretches, SMR and/or active recovery as needed
