Complete 5 minutes of each and record total reps for box jump overs and push ups

  • 5 minutes of battle rope waves

  • 5 minutes box jump overs

  • 5 minutes med ball toss for max height

  • 5 minutes max push ups

Scaling

Hit each round at full effort. Note which box height you used for box jump overs. Use a moderate weight for med ball toss. Push ups can be modified to kneeling or bar push ups if needed.
