30-20-10

  • Bench press

  • D-ball squat (R or L)

  • D-ball squat (R or L)

Scaling

Use half body weight for bench or a a weight you can complete the set of 30 in no more than 3 sets. Use 20-30Ibs for D-ball squats.

Middle School

  • 10 minutes bench press practice

  • 3x10 med ball hamstring curl
