Warm up

For max load

Every 3 minutes for 10 rounds

  • 5 snatch deadlifts

  • 10 push ups (unbroken)

Scaling

Go as heavy as possible while still maintaining good technique. Choose a push up option where you go through a full range of motion

Accessory

  • 3x12 prone leg curl

Cool down

  • 2 rounds: 1 minute roll right quad/1 minute roll left quad
