Notes
Complete weighted sit-ups if you do not have a GHD. Sled weight is 405Ibs/315Ibs. Complete a plate push is you do not have a sled
Accessory
3x12 seated bicep curl
Cool down
Choose any area that’s tight and hold a stretch for 1-3 minutes or complete self myofacial release (foam roll/lacrosse ball) for 1-3 minutes
