Scaling:
Reduce bike distance to 1,200 or 800m if cannot complete each round under 4 minutes. Reduce weight in dumbbell hang clean and jerks if you are not able to complete 30 reps in less than 4 sets. Modify push ups to kneeling or elevated if 30 is not doable in your first round.
