Workout of The Day

For time

  • 1 minute on/1 minute off (until all reps are completed)

  • 60 snatches (75/50Ibs)

  • 60 burpee pull ups (bar at least 6” from reach)

    Rx under 16/over 50, 50/35Ibs, burpee pull ups (bar just above reach)

  • At Home/Travel Option: Snatches: Complete with DB or object and do alternating single arm reps (30 per side). Burpee pull ups: Complete 5 burpees followed by 5 bent over rows until 60 reps are completed.

Notes

Snatch: Reduce weight if you cannot do at least 20 unbroken. Burpee pull ups: Use box or low bar and complete box kipping or jumping pull ups after burpees.

Accessory Work

  • 3x15 laying lateral leg raise with small band

Cool down

  • 1-3 minutes: Standing straddle

    Complete additional stretches, SMR and/or active recovery as needed
