15 overhead squats

15 L pull-ups

15 split jerks

15 knees-to-elbows

15 hang squat cleans

15 arch rocks

♀ 65-lb barbell

♂ 95-lb barbell


Scaling:

Reduce load for overhead squat, use band for l pull ups, reduce weight for split jerks, modify knee to elbows to knee raises, reduce weight for hang squat cleans, change arch rocks to arch pauses.
