Bench press 10, 10, 8, 8, 6, 6, 4, 4, 2, 2
Minimal equipment:
Complete with DB’s, add pauses and/or negatives to make lifts more challenging
Scaling:
Find weights that are challenging but doable with good form

3x12 DB front raise
