3 rounds each for max load
5 minutes to complete a 10 rep max back squat followed by 100 double unders
Rest 5 minutes
Scaling
Warm up well prior to your first max effort, once your ready to make your attempt time starts. You will have a good idea what weights to do in sets 2 and 3. Complete 200 single unders if you cannot complete double unders

3x5 back extension

6x10yd backpedal to 10yd lateral sprint, alternate right/left each set
Cool down
2 minute childs pose, 1 minute reaching to the left 1 minute to the right
