GPP

24 minutes for as many rounds and reps as possible

  • 10 deadlifts

  • 10 bar facing burpees

  • 400m med ball run

Scaling

Use moderate-heavy weight for deadlifts, around 225# for men/155# for women. Modify burpees to stepping if needed, use around a 20-30# med ball for the run

Middle School

  • 10 minutes bar facing burpee practice
