Warm up

5 sets each for max load

  • 1 front squat, 1 thruster, 1 front squat

    Rest as needed between sets

Notes

Each set should be challenging. You may stay with the same weight across all sets or increase as you go

Accessory

  • 3x5 calf raises with a 10 second negative

Cool down

  • Choose any area that’s tight and hold a stretch for 1-3 minutes or complete self myofacial release (foam roll/lacrosse ball) for 1-3 minutes
