What is ArmorX?

ArmorX is a high-intensity functional fitness sport and training program designed to test pure explosiveness, precision, and power under pressure. Every workout or competitive event is capped at 2 minutes or less, making it a sport of maximum effort, minimal margin for error, and intense execution. Athletes compete through short bursts of work across functional domains—strength, speed, gymnastics, skill, and grit—all designed to reveal the most explosive, efficient, and prepared athlete in the room.
