Scaling:

Complete any version of a burpee mixed with any type of pill up in order to continuously move through movements. Use as low of a pull up bar as needed. RX would be a bar that’s roughly 6” from your reach

Specific physical preparedness 

  • For fitness: Train a weaknesses 

  • For certain goal: Focus on a particular movement or physical area 

  • For a sport: Add in certain skills/movements that better prepare you for upcoming competition
