♂ 60-In DB’s, 185-Ib bench 



Scaling:

Use a weight heavy enough where 25 steps is challenging, but light enough where you can do at least 15 in your first set. Choose a bench weight you can do around 10 reps with.


Accessory:


SPP: 

Specific physical preparedness 

  • For fitness: Train a weaknesses 

  • For certain goal: Focus on a particular movement or physical area 

  • For a sport: Add in certain skills/movements that better prepare you for upcoming competition
