6 Thrusters
6 CTB pull ups
9 Thrusters
9 CTB pull ups
12 Thrusters

*Rest 1 minute after each set of thrusters and chest to bar pull ups
Scaling
Choose a weight for thrusters that is challenging but you can do unbroken each set. Find a variation of chest to bar pull ups that you can complete unbroken sets each time. Bands, box kipping, etc…
Accessory
2x20 knee/hip circles each direction on all 4’s
Cool down
Choose any area that’s tight and hold a stretch for 1-3 minutes or complete self myofascial release (foam roll/lacrosse ball) for 1-3 minutes
