Warm up

GPP

5 rounds

  • 1 minute deadlift hold

  • 1 minute handstand hold

  • 1 minutes split squat jumps

  • 1 minute rest

*10 seconds to transition between movements

Scaling

Choose a deadlift weight that you can hold for a full minute. Handstand scaling can be any pike variation

Accessory

  • 3x14 weighted standing rotations

Cool down

  • Choose any area that’s tight and hold a stretch for 1-3 minutes or complete self myofascial release (foam roll/lacrosse ball) for 1-3 minutes
