  • 12 front squats

  • 12 forward lunges

  • 12 cal ski

Notes

Front squat weights are 135Ibs/95Ibs, no weight for forward lunges

Accessory

  • 4x10 scapular pull ups

Cool down

  • Choose any area that’s tight and hold a stretch for 1-3 minutes or complete self myofacial release (foam roll/lacrosse ball) for 1-3 minutes
