10 chest to bar pull ups
10 box jumps
10 strict handstand push ups

24”/30” box, low height as needed. Scale chest to bar pull ups with box or band. Scale handstand push ups with pike push ups or seated DB press. Scale double unders to single unders or jumping jacks
