10 Rounds for Time


Minimal equipment: 

  • Complete jumping jacks instead of double unders, DB swings instead of D-ball slams, bench dips instead of ring dips 


Scaling:

Complete single unders instead of double unders. Lighten the D-ball as needed and complete banded ring dips 


Accessory:
