10 D-Ball Slams (30/20 lb)
Minimal equipment:
Complete jumping jacks instead of double unders, DB swings instead of D-ball slams, bench dips instead of ring dips
Scaling:
Complete single unders instead of double unders. Lighten the D-ball as needed and complete banded ring dips
Accessory:
100 seated leg lifts
