5 rounds: Every 2 minutes for max load on the carry:
50yd lateral shuffle (25yds down and back)
50yd D-ball bear hug carry (25yds down and back)
Scaling:
If you do not have access to a D-ball use a sandbag, plate, or dumbbell. If using dumbbell hold handle with both hands at belly button height.
Accessory:
2x20 bench supported dumbbell wrist curls, palms up then palms down
