  • 1-2-3-4-4-6-7-8-9-10 strict pull ups

  • 2-4-6-8-10-12-14-16-18-20 GHD sit ups

Scaling

Complete banded or feel assisted pull ups if needed. Complete weighted or ab mat sit ups if you don’t have a GHD

Accessory

  • 3x15 seated banded hamstring curls

Cool down

  • 2 minute lunge stretch per leg
