4 rounds each for max reps

3 minutes of:

  • 10 DB wood choppers

  • 10 DB squat cleans

  • 10 DB overhead walking lunges

1 minute rest

*Continue where you left off each round

Scaling

Use a weight that’s challenging but doable for all movements

Accessory

  • 2x20 standing banded chest presses

Cool down

  • 3 minute standing straddle
