Warm up

Follow first 15 minutes from video above

GPP

7 rounds each for best time:

  • 20yd sled push

  • 20yd sled pull

Scaling

Choose a heavy weight and stick with it for all 7 sets. If you don’t have a sled you can use a plate to push and complete 20 heavy banded rows per side for the sled pull

Accessory

3x12 single leg glute bridge

Cool down

3 minute prone quad stretch
