Warm up

GPP

8 rounds each for max load and reps:

  • 2 presses followed by max rep push press

  • Rest 3 minutes

Scaling

Go as heavy as possible with the best technique as possible. Don’t put the bar down until after the push presses

Accessory

  • 3x10 seated good mornings

Cool down

  • Choose any area that’s tight and hold a stretch for 1-3 minutes or complete self myofacial release (foam roll/lacrosse ball) for 1-3 minutes
