5 rounds for time:

  • 12 strict pull ups

  • 12 weighted alternating single leg squats

♀ 20 lb
♂ 35 lb

Scaling

Modify pull ups and single leg squats as needed

Accessory

  • 3x15 bench supported wrist extension

Cool down

  • Choose any area that’s tight and hold a stretch for 1-3 minutes or complete self myofacial release (foam roll/lacrosse ball) for 1-3 minutes
