  • 22 alternating DB hang snatches (50/35Ibs)

  • 200m single arm DB farmers carry (50/35Ibs, switch hands anytime)

Standards/Scaling

Alternating DB snatch: Stand first then dip no lower than mid shin and pull overhead, lock knees, hips and arm. Switch arms and repeat. To scale reduce weight as needed. Farmers carry: Weight must remain in either right or left hand at all times. Reduce weight as needed to scale. DB sit ups: Heels must remain in contact with floor, weight must remain on chest. Scale by reducing weight and/or pushing weight off chest
