- 40 double-unders 
- 9 strict toes-to-bars 
- 30 double-unders 
- 6 strict toes-to-bars 
- 20 double-unders 
- 3 strict toes-to-bars

Minimal equipment:
- Complete jumping jacks instead of double unders and V-ups instead of toes to bar 
Scaling:
Change double unders to single unders. Complete knees to elbows, knees over hips or lying toes to bar
Accessory:
- Weighted calf raises 3x12
