  • 40 double-unders

  • 9 strict toes-to-bars

  • 30 double-unders

  • 6 strict toes-to-bars

  • 20 double-unders

  • 3 strict toes-to-bars

  • 10 double-unders


Minimal equipment: 

  • Complete jumping jacks instead of double unders and V-ups instead of toes to bar 


Scaling:

Change double unders to single unders. Complete knees to elbows, knees over hips or lying toes to bar
