Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
Row 300 meters
3 rope climbs, 15 ft
Minimal equipment:
If you do not have a rower complete 30 sumo deadlift high pulls with DB’s or a KB’s. Complete pull ups instead of rope climbs. DB thrusters instead of wall ball shots
Scaling:
Complete lying to standing rope climbs. Use as light of a ball as needed to hit target for wall balls
Accessory:
3x5 Jefferson curl

Train/practice a particular task or skill for your specific goal
