GPP

Every minute on the minute for 5 rounds

  • 5 DB push jerk (L or R)

  • 5 DB push her (L or R)

  • 10 lateral step ups for side

  • 80yd plate push

Scaling

Use a heavy DB for push jerks. Choose a challenging but doable height for lateral step ups and choose a plate push distance you can complete in 40-50 seconds.

Accessory

  • 2x20 internal rotations

Cool down

  • 2 minute seated figure 4 per leg
