For Time

  • 40 single arm KB swings (R or L)

  • 40 single arm KB swings (R or L)

  • 40 cal row

  • 20 single arm KB swings (R or L)

  • 20 single arm KB swings (R or L)

  • 20 cal row

  • 10 single arm KB swings (R or L)

  • 10 single arm KB swings (R or L)

  • 10 cal row

Scaling

Use a weight that you could maybe get to 40 with your first set but would be very hard to do so. Substitute 800m, 400m and 200m runs instead of 40,20,10 cal on the rower

Accessory

  • 2x30 seated DB bench press

Cool down

  • 2 minute rear delt stretch
