Warm up

Follow first 15 minutes from video above

GPP

15 minutes as many rounds + reps as possible

  • 5 second L-sit

  • 5 wall balls

  • 5yd carry

    Add 5 to each every round

Scaling

  • Choose a challenging but doable weight for farmers carry, bend knees as much as need for L-sit

Accessory

  • 3x15 banded shoulder shrug

Cool down

  • :90 per side: Banded adductor stretch
