Priming the body: 

  • 20 tall cleans 


GPP (General Physical Preparedness)

Complete as many reps as possible in 15 minutes of:
2-4-6-8-10 reps of:
Squat clean
Wall-facing handstand push-up

*Any time you complete the round of 10/10, start over again at 2 reps

♀ 125 lb ♂ 185 lb


Scaling:

Modify squat clean weight and change hspu to pike or regular push ups 


Accessory: 

  • 3x8 good mornings 


SPP (Specific physical preparedness): 

  • Train/practice a particular task or skill for your specific goal 


Cool down:

  • 1 minute seated hamstring stretch 

  • 1 minute archer pose
