For reps each round
Tabata (8 rounds: 20 seconds on/10 off). Change movements each interval. Record reps for all 8 rounds
Minimal equipment:
Complete v-ups if you don’t have a bar for toes to bar
Scaling:
Modify split squat jumps to reverse lunges, push ups to kneeling or elevated, toes to bar to v-ups or tuck crunches
Accessory:
3x20 second adduction squeeze
SPP (Specific physical preparedness):
Train/practice a particular task or skill for your specific goal
