For max load 

Minimal equipment: 

  • Complete with dumbbells: One in each hand for overhead squat, two in front rack for front sqaut, one in each hand with elbows out and weight rested on traps for back squat. Pause 10 seconds in the bottom of each rep 

 

Scaling:

Choose weight were you can perform good form but it’s still challenging 


Accessory: 


SPP (Specific physical preparedness): 

  • Train/practice a particular task or skill for your specific goal
