Minimal equipment: 

  • Complete wood choppers with dumbbell instead of lateral wall balls, run with any object 


 

Scaling:

Scale handstand walk to bear crawl, reduce medicine ball weight, reduce distance of med ball run and modify to walk 



Accessory:

  • Train/practice a particular task or skill for your specific goal
