20yd handstand walk
20 lateral wall balls (10 each side, hit 9’/10’ target)
200m run with med ball
♀ 14 lb med ball ♂ 20 Ib med ball
Minimal equipment:
Complete wood choppers with dumbbell instead of lateral wall balls, run with any object
Scaling:
Scale handstand walk to bear crawl, reduce medicine ball weight, reduce distance of med ball run and modify to walk
Accessory:
3x10 plate neck extension

Train/practice a particular task or skill for your specific goal
