40+ minutes of one or any combination of:

  • One or more monostructural movements (run, row, bike, ski, etc.)

  • One or more sport skills (soccer dribble, basketball shot, light bar power snatch, boxing strikes, etc.)

  • One or more functional or accessory movements (banded presses, banded pull downs, tempo squats, etc.)
