    *Perform 12 burpees at the start of each minute (including the first minute).

Scaling

Reduce burpee reps to complete the burpees in close to 40 seconds

Accessory

  • 2x20 Swiss ball straight leg hip raises

Cool down

  • 90 seconds of front, right and left side child’s pose
